Ally gore has an established creative background in printed textile design, from a BA Hons. degree at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, to clients such as John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, Ashley Wilde and Sanderson.
Ally’s textile work has always carried a strong yet hand crafted style and naturally found progression into Illustration.
Ally’s illustration forms a partnership with photographer Robert Reader. Together, Ally and Robert now run an award-winning business over three creative areas; Illustration, Photography and Textile Design. Their current clients include Pier 1, John Lewis, Toyota, Roberts Radio and Unicef.
Ally and Robert additionally design contemporary greeting cards for The Art File and open edition prints for Kunstanstalten May, distributed by Beaver Lodge Prints (UK) and Ad Lines (US).
Artwork is hand painted in acrylic or oil on paper.
